1. OnlyPedia Is Not a Producer
OnlyPedia is not a “producer” — primary or secondary, as those terms are used in 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 — of any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct.
We do not film, photograph, create, commission or edit visual content, and we do not hire, contract for, manage or otherwise arrange for the participation of anyone depicted. OnlyPedia is a directory and search engine: an information location tool that organizes publicly available information about creators who publish on third-party platforms and links to their official profiles.
2. What OnlyPedia Displays
Listings are limited to information the creators themselves have made public on the source platform: usernames and display names, public bios, categories, publicly listed prices and statistics, and publicly displayed profile, header and preview images. We do not host, sell or distribute subscriber-only, paywalled, leaked or unlawfully obtained material. Every subscription, purchase and content transaction happens on the source platform, not on OnlyPedia.
3. Where the Records Are Kept
Any records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for third-party content are kept by the original producers of that content and/or by the platform where it was first published. Requests to inspect records about a specific depiction should go to the custodian of records designated by that producer or platform. For material published on OnlyFans.com, that is the custodian designated by Fenix International Limited on its own compliance pages.

4. Age of the People Listed
OnlyPedia lists creators from platforms whose terms require every creator to be at least 18 years old and to pass identity and age verification before publishing. We operate on the basis that every person shown in the imagery we index was an adult when it was created. OnlyPedia itself is intended only for adults: visitors must confirm they are 18 or older.
5. Reporting Material That May Show a Minor
If you believe anything on OnlyPedia shows a person under 18, email info@onlypedia.com with the subject “URGENT: possible minor” and the page address. These reports come before any other request:
- the listing is taken offline as soon as there is a reasonable belief of a problem, without waiting for a final assessment;
- the username is added to our removal list, so our imports never add it again;
- we report it to the competent authorities, such as NCMEC’s CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org) and the Italian Postal Police, and we recommend that you report it to the source platform too.
Creators who simply want to be removed from OnlyPedia can ask for free at any time; see our DMCA Policy for the delisting process.
6. Reservation of Position
This statement is provided for information only. It is not an admission that OnlyPedia is subject to the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 or 2257A. If those provisions were argued to apply to any part of OnlyPedia’s activity, OnlyPedia relies on the exclusions in 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B), including those for activities that do not involve arranging for the participation of the people depicted, for Internet information location tools, and for the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting and formatting of material created and published by others.
