1. About OnlyPedia
OnlyPedia is a purely informational service: an independent search engine and directory that helps users discover OnlyFans creators by aggregating information we reasonably believe to be publicly available, and providing search, filtering, and categorization tools. OnlyPedia does not facilitate, broker, guarantee, or take part in any transaction, subscription, payment, communication, or relationship between users and any third party, including creators, OnlyFans, or any payment platform.
OnlyPedia is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to OnlyFans or Fenix International Limited. OnlyFans is a registered trademark of Fenix International Limited; references to it serve only to identify the platform on which listed creators publish. We do not host, store, produce, or distribute any paid, subscription-based, or sexually explicit content. OnlyPedia does not produce, host, or distribute sexually explicit content as defined under 18 U.S.C. § 2257; it functions solely as an information location tool that provides hyperlinks and publicly available metadata to third-party platforms.
2. Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use OnlyPedia. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and are legally permitted to view adult-oriented material where you are located. This website is rated 18+ and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors; if we learn that a minor has used the Service, we will delete any associated data.
3. How the Service Works
OnlyPedia aggregates information about OnlyFans creators that we reasonably believe to be publicly available — such as display names, usernames, public bios, categories, publicly displayed profile imagery, publicly listed pricing, public statistics, and links to creators’ official OnlyFans profiles. Every listing links to the creator’s official third-party page, where all subscriptions and content transactions take place.
OnlyPedia acts as an information location tool under Section 512(d) of the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act. We do not control, endorse, verify, or assume responsibility for any content, profile, account, or information available on third-party websites linked from the Service. Indexed information may be incomplete or out of date; verify anything important on the creator’s official profile.
OnlyPedia has no user accounts, no user-uploaded content, and no user reviews. Browsing, searching, and filtering are free and require no registration.
4. Acceptable Use
When using OnlyPedia, you agree not to:
- violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;
- harass, abuse, stalk, threaten, dox, or harm creators or other people;
- use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or collect data from the Service without our prior written permission;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to, probe, or disrupt our systems, security measures, rate limits, or the age gate;
- upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
- impersonate OnlyPedia or any other person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with OnlyPedia;
- solicit payments or value from other users while implying affiliation with OnlyPedia;
- reproduce, distribute, resell, frame, or otherwise commercially exploit Service content without our written permission.
5. Intellectual Property
The OnlyPedia name, logo, site design, software, and database compilation are our property or that of our licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Creator information displayed on OnlyPedia is aggregated from sources we reasonably believe to be publicly available and remains the property of the respective creators or rights holders. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes; all other rights are reserved. 6. Creators: Free Opt-Out
Inclusion in the directory is free and links users directly to creators’ official profiles at no cost. If you are a creator (or an authorized representative) and prefer not to appear on OnlyPedia, email info@onlypedia.com with your OnlyFans username. Verified removal requests are processed within 48 hours. Removal is always free; nobody is authorized to charge for it, and any such demand is fraudulent. Removal from OnlyPedia affects our index only and does not remove anything from OnlyFans or any other website.

8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnlyPedia disclaims all warranties, including as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information displayed; the identity, authenticity, or legitimacy of any creator, profile, or third party listed or linked; uninterrupted or error-free operation; and the legality, safety, or quality of any third-party website linked from the Service. You access third-party websites and interact with third parties entirely at your own risk. No agency, partnership, or special relationship is created between you and OnlyPedia by your use of the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OnlyPedia and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, any third-party content or conduct accessed through or claiming affiliation with the Service, or any transaction between you and a third party. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed one hundred euros (€100). Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer-protection rights in your jurisdiction.
10. Third-Party Links and Transactions
OnlyPedia contains hyperlinks to third-party websites, primarily OnlyFans creator profiles, provided for informational and navigational purposes. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any external website, and the inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement. OnlyPedia is not a party to, and bears no responsibility for, any transaction, payment, subscription, or communication between you and any third party — including any third party falsely claiming affiliation with OnlyPedia.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OnlyPedia and its operators from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
12. Termination of Access
We may restrict or terminate your access to OnlyPedia at any time, without notice, for conduct we reasonably believe violates these Terms or is harmful to others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of OnlyPedia after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Italian courts. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you retain any mandatory rights to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence under applicable EU consumer-protection law.
15. Official Communications and Fraud Warning
Official communications from OnlyPedia are sent only from info@onlypedia.com. We never demand payment for listing, removal, or “verification”, and we do not collect payments from users through any channel. Any account, website, or individual claiming affiliation with OnlyPedia outside of that address is not authorized by us and should be treated as fraudulent. You are responsible for verifying the authenticity of any communication claiming to be from OnlyPedia.
